    Chicken Gravy Enchiladas

    Serves: 8 

    Preparation Time: 3 ½ hours 

    Ingredients 

    - Chicken breasts 560 g, diced 

    - Green chilies, 180 g 

    - Chicken gravy, 1 liter 

    - Garlic salt, 1 teaspoon 

    - Water, 250 ml Salt 

    - Pepper Tortillas, 1 dozen 

    - Celery, 3 stalks, chopped 

    - Vegan Cheddar Cheese 200 g, shredded 

    Directions 

    1- Cook chicken along with onion, garlic, celery, water, peppers, gravy, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. 

    2- Spray crock pot with cook spray and put tortilla into oiled pot. Top with chicken mix and cheese. Repeat ending with tortilla on the top. 

    3- Set crock pot on low and cook for 3 hours. 

    4- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook till cheese melts.
